Woody’s Wings is a popular chicken wing restaurant known for its diverse range of wing flavors and commitment to high-quality ingredients. I developed a dedicated mobile app that offers seamless ordering, personalized recommendations, and interactive features for its diverse customer base.

The Problem

Local residents and college students who frequent Woody's Wings often experience long wait times when placing orders, especially during busy lunch and dinner hours, and miss out on special promotions, new menu additions, and exciting events. This inconvenience can deter potential customers from visiting the restaurant and lead to frustration among those who do. The lack of awareness results in missed opportunities for enjoying unique wing flavors and engaging with the restaurant's community-oriented events.

The Solution

My goal was to provide customers with a user-friendly platform to place orders for pick-up or delivery in advance, implement a loyalty program that rewards repeat customers and encourages retention, keep customers informed about the latest menu additions, promotions, and events, and foster a sense of community and engagement among local residents and college students.
